Removed	Use instead
`hosted({ url })`	`hosted({ backendURL })`, or the framework's backend URL variable

`assertDecisionInputs` defaulting to `false` on `hosted()`	It now defaults to `true` whenever `initURL` is set. Pass `false` to turn it off.
