Implementation help
Use the c15t Discord for questions about setup, components, styling, integrations, or self-hosting. Before posting, include the framework, c15t package version, deployment mode, and the smallest example that shows the problem. For a reproducible defect in the open-source packages, open an issue in the c15t GitHub repository. Do not include API keys, user data, or private configuration in a public issue.
Direct support
Email support@inth.com for account or product support that should not be public. Agents can send documentation questions to dev_help@agent.inth.com for an automated, documentation-grounded reply. State the desired c15t version and framework so the response can point to the matching APIs.
Privacy and legal questions
Email privacy@inth.com for requests about personal data or the operation of c15t.com. Read the c15t privacy resources page first for the official policy and preference controls. The maintainers can explain how c15t works, but they cannot choose legal settings for a customer's application or provide legal advice.
