Guidelines for fostering an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative open-source community

Positive Behaviors We Encourage
- Empathy and Kindness: Treat each other with compassion and understanding

Behaviors We Do Not Tolerate
- Sexualized language or imagery
- Trolling, insulting, or derogatory comments
- Personal or political attacks
- Public or private harassment
- Sharing private information without explicit consent
- Any conduct that would be considered inappropriate in a professional setting
Enforcement Responsibilities
Community Leaders Commit To:
- Clarify and enforce community standards
- Provide fair and consistent moderation
- Communicate the rationale behind moderation decisions
- Protect the privacy and safety of all community members
Reporting Misconduct
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it to:
- Email: conduct@c15t.dev
- GitHub Issues: Use the "Conduct Violation" template in our repository
All reports will be:
- Reviewed promptly
- Handled with confidentiality
- Addressed objectively
Enforcement Guidelines
1. Correction
Impact: Unprofessional or unwelcoming behavior
Response:
- Private written warning
- Clear explanation of the violation
- Opportunity for improvement
2. Warning
Impact: Repeated or significant inappropriate interactions
Response:
- Formal warning
- Temporary restrictions on community interactions
- Specified period of no direct communication
3. Temporary Ban
Impact: Serious or sustained inappropriate behavior
Response:
- Temporary suspension from community spaces
- No public or private interactions
- Clear path to reinstatement
4. Permanent Ban
Impact: Repeated violations or severe misconduct
Response:
- Permanent removal from all community spaces
- No further interaction permitted
